Nick Jonas going back to Broadway!

Wednesday, September 7th, 2011

Nick Jonas will take over the lead role in the hit musical revival How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He’ll be filling the dancing shoes of Daniel Radcliffe, who’s playing ambitious corporate-ladder climber J. Pierrepont Finch through the end of the year after winning mostly rave reviews (and the attention of legions of teenage fans) when the show opened last March. Glee star
Darren Criss, a teen heartthrob in his own right, will portray Finch from Jan. 3-22, 2012, and then the youngest of the Jonas Brothers trio is expected to step in.

Nick Jonas and his new hair hit New York!

Friday, August 26th, 2011

Taking care of some Big Apple business, Nick Jonas was spotted leaving his New York City hotel yesterday afternoon (August 25).

The “Who I Am” singer looked dapper in a dark suit with sunglasses as
he smiled for fans and press who had gathered to greet him.

Recently, Nick took his girlfriend Delta Goodrem on a hot movie date back on the West Coast at the Arclight Cinema.

An eyewitness snitched, “They were very affectionate with each other on the way in and out of the theater. They were very much in love,
holding hands, her head in his shoulders and stuff.”

And of course, Jonas brought his security detail to insure a peaceful evening. “Their bodyguard posed a very ominous and scary shadow over everything. People didn’t get near them at all because he was very hardcore about protecting them. The staff was scared to say hello to Nick because of Big Rob.”

An Interview With Nick Jonas at Cannes Lions

Thursday, June 23rd, 2011

Nick Jonas guest speaker at 2011 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity!

Tuesday, June 14th, 2011

Inspiring Creativity: The Cannes Lions Festival is the world’s only truly global meeting place for creative professionals in the communications industry.

After a song written by Nick Jonas and his father found its way to a major label, Nick was signed as a solo artist. Soon thereafter though, his brothers Kevin and Joe, who had co-written a few songs with Nick as well, were also brought on to the project and the Jonas Brothers story began. In August 2007, the band released their self-titled debut album, and that CD shot to number five on the Billboard charts and was soon certified Platinum.

In 2008, the Jonas Brothers launched two sold-out tours and established themselves as a touring and live concert phenomenon with both tours setting ticket sales records.

The Jonas Brothers received their first Grammy nomination in 2008 for Best New Artist, and have won multiple awards from around the world, including an American Music Award, as well as multiple Kids’ Choice and Teen Choice awards. In 2009, they released Lines, Vines and Trying Times, a global hit CD that spawned an equally successful world tour and became their second #1 album in one year.

All told, Jonas Brothers have sold a combined 8 million albums worldwide, garnered numerous gold and platinum album certifications, sold over 2 million concert tickets in 2 years, been featured on respected magazines including Rolling Stone and Billboard and have earned a unique place in the history of pop culture.

Never one to slow down, Nick eventually launched a solo effort — Nick Jonas and the Administration -a project that saw him bring together some of the industry’s most accomplished and respected musicians. The result was a solo debut album, Who I Am. Nick has now started to focus on producing and writing for other recording artists

and music projects. In the past few months he has worked with artists from Interscope, S-Curve, Epic, and Warner Records. He is excited to be expanding on this element of his musical career.
